Do you have other floral options other than the ones advertised on the website?
Absolutely! We are happy to create a custom arrangement for you, different from the ones you see on our website - your choice of flowers, colours and something within your budget. Contact us and let us know, we will advise accordingly. 

Same day delivery? 
If you place your order before 12:00pm (NZDT) Monday to Friday then YES, we will deliver on the same day within the Wellington region from our Lower Hutt base. If you would like a weekend delivery, please get in contact with us before 5pm on the Friday before to confirm whether we can deliver on a Saturday. Extra fee may apply for weekend deliveries.

Do you deliver to other parts of New Zealand?
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to other regions of NZ due to the nature of our business and our commitment to maintain the flowers are always fresh when you receive them.

How much is delivery?
Local delivery (Lower Hutt) - $12
Upper Hutt, Wellington & Porirua regions delivery - $15
Kapiti - $25

For weddings and corporate events, please contact us for an information pack as prices for these special events will vary.

When will you deliver my order?
All orders placed after 12:00pm (NZDT) Mon-Fri will be sent on next day delivery unless requested on a future date.

Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed prior to 5pm Friday. No deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Can I pick up my order?
We are currently an online store, which means we don't have a physical shop right now (but keep an eye out on this page we will be announcing some exciting news!). However, if you prefer to pick up from our Lower Hutt location, this can be arranged. Please advise when confirming your order. 

What if I provide the wrong address when making an order online?
Please ensure you provide correct delivery details. We take no responsibility for an incorrectly supplied address or restricted access (eg. gated properties, apartment buildings, and or office buildings). If we are unable to locate the correct property or gain access the order will be returned to Passiflora for redelivery or pick-up. We may charge an additional redelivery fee.

Please make sure you put the recipients phone number in the correct field when putting your order through, the courier will call the recipient if it is not safe to leave the flowers at the address due to no one being home.

What if no one is home when you deliver flowers?
By using our delivery service, you agree to let our couriers or staff use their best judgment as to whether the flowers or gifts can be safely left at a delivery address, should no one be there to receive them. We will not be held liable for any damages to the flowers or gift orders left at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse/and or cancel a delivery if the address or location/and or surroundings are deemed to be unsafe by our couriers at the time of delivery (eg. animals not secured, safety/trip hazards, poorly lit property).

Do you deliver on special days like Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day?
During this busy period it is not unusual for courier services to become overloaded and therefore we advise ordering two days before the date to guarantee delivery on the day.

Can I return my flowers if I change my mind?
Sorry - we can't offer a refund if you suddenly change your mind. If your flowers are damaged or you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24hrs so that we can organise a replacement. It is important that you notify us immediately so we are able to assess the condition of the flowers/gift.

What should I do with my flowers once I receive them?
Once you receive your beautiful bouquet: remove packaging, where possible cut stems on an angle so that they can absorb water and nutrients.  

Dissolve a sachet of flower food received with your bouquet in a vase of water and enjoy!
Repeat this step every 2-3days to insure you get to enjoy the full life of your flowers. 
If you have no flower food, it is recommended you change the water in your vase daily.
